Known for making regular rounds through the office, greeting visitors, and enthusiastically participating in snack breaks whenever possible, Piper takes her responsibilities seriously. Although Piper’s role may be unofficial, her contributions to office morale and client hospitality are widely recognized throughout the firm.
Amy joined Rice Law Firm in 2003 and has spent more than two decades developing extensive experience in legal support, case management, and client service.Through years of working closely within the legal field, she developed a strong passion for the practice of law and, in 2022, began pursuing her Juris Doctor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Amy graduated in May 2026 and is scheduled to sit for the Oklahoma Bar Examination in July 2026. Prior to attending law school, Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life Education with an emphasis in Marriage and Family from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2005. Her educational background, combined with her years of practical experience in the legal profession, has provided her with a well-rounded perspective and a strong commitment to serving clients with professionalism and care. Amy is recognized for her dedication, work ethic, and ability to balance the demands of full-time legal work, law school, and family life. Mandi’s strong communication skills and attention to detail allow her to effectively support both clients and attorneys throughout the legal process. She is recognized for her ability to maintain organization under pressure, coordinate complex schedules, and help ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of the office, Mandi enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Makynli, Payton, and Collin. Much of her time is spent supporting her children’s activities and community involvement, along with keeping up with Muffin, the family dog and main source of emotional support. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies in December 2024, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, which she expects to complete in December 2026. She plans to continue her legal education by attending law school in August 2027. Kaiya assists attorneys with case preparation, discovery, motion practice, legal drafting, and trial preparation. She is known for her attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage demanding litigation matters in fast-paced environments. Her work includes preparing pleadings, coordinating case materials, and helping ensure matters move efficiently through the litigation process.
