Piper serves as the firm’s unofficial Office Dog and Morale Officer, bringing energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm to the workplace each day. As a Goldendoodle with a naturally welcoming personality, Piper has become a familiar and appreciated presence around the office for both staff and clients alike.She is also well known for her impressive collection of bows, which she wears with professionalism and enthusiasm as the firm’s unofficial ambassador of style. Known for making regular rounds through the office, greeting visitors, and enthusiastically participating in snack breaks whenever possible, Piper takes her responsibilities seriously. Whether providing companionship during long workdays or offering a brief moment of levity during busy schedules, she has become an important part of the firm’s culture and daily atmosphere. Although Piper’s role may be unofficial, her contributions to office morale and client hospitality are widely recognized throughout the firm.

Amy joined Rice Law Firm in 2003 and has spent more than two decades developing extensive experience in legal support, case management, and client service.Through years of working closely within the legal field, she developed a strong passion for the practice of law and, in 2022, began pursuing her Juris Doctor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Amy graduated in May 2026 and is scheduled to sit for the Oklahoma Bar Examination in July 2026. Prior to attending law school, Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life Education with an emphasis in Marriage and Family from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2005. Her educational background, combined with her years of practical experience in the legal profession, has provided her with a well-rounded perspective and a strong commitment to serving clients with professionalism and care. Amy is recognized for her dedication, work ethic, and ability to balance the demands of full-time legal work, law school, and family life. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, their children, Emma and Dayton, and their two Jack Russell Terriers, Pepper and Rigby. With more than a decade of experience at Rice Law Firm, Mandi has become a trusted and dependable member of the team, known for her professionalism, organization, and ability to manage a fast-paced environment with efficiency and care. After serving as the welcoming and reliable face of the firm’s front office for ten years, she transitioned into her role as a legal assistant in 2026, where she now assists with eviction matters, civil litigation, and management of Rick’s mayoral calendar. Mandi’s strong communication skills and attention to detail allow her to effectively support both clients and attorneys throughout the legal process. She is recognized for her ability to maintain organization under pressure, coordinate complex schedules, and help ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of the office, Mandi enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Makynli, Payton, and Collin. Much of her time is spent supporting her children’s activities and community involvement, along with keeping up with Muffin, the family dog and main source of emotional support. Her dedication to both her family and her profession reflects the same commitment, reliability, and work ethic that she brings to the firm every day.

Kaiya is a legal assistant at Rice Law Firm, where she primarily focuses on civil litigation and personal injury matters. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies in December 2024, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, which she expects to complete in December 2026. She plans to continue her legal education by attending law school in August 2027. Kaiya assists attorneys with case preparation, discovery, motion practice, legal drafting, and trial preparation. She is known for her attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage demanding litigation matters in fast-paced environments. Her work includes preparing pleadings, coordinating case materials, and helping ensure matters move efficiently through the litigation process. She takes pride in providing reliable support to both attorneys and clients and is committed to continuing her growth within the legal profession. Outside of work and school, Kaiya enjoys attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her cat, Marli.
